Return Policy:

• All purchases, including both regular-priced and sale items, can be returned within 30 days after you receive the last package of your order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all items in the package intact. If these conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
• Please note: "Mystery Box" items are not returnable except for quality issues. Only exchanges are accepted for these items.

Important Reminders:

• Return packages must be authorized by our customer service team. Any return requests not authorized will not be accepted.
• Do not return items to the address on the package you received, as it is not our return address and will delay the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation:

• We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
• Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
