Shipping and Order Policies

All products will be shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise specified.
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $79 USD.
For shipping within the 50 U.S. states:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days ($9 USD).
- Standard shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, allowing you to see which carrier is delivering your package.
Delivery Time Calculation: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- For example, if you order a shirt, it requires 7 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for shipping (Standard Shipping). Therefore, the total delivery time is expected to be 14-17 business days.
Note: Transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Delivery Delays:

International shipping may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us at service@yaikiki.com. We will promptly check the status with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled if you contact us promptly after purchase.
If payment has been completed but the parcel has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.

Customs and Taxes:

In rare cases, your order may incur customs fees imposed by your government. These fees are your responsibility, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We have no control over customs authorities in your country.
